Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product hassle free within 14 days after receiving for any reason.
The product must remain unused and be returned in its original packaging.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. We strongly recommend using a traceable form of delivery to prevent any delays in receiving your refund.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale.
- Bespoke/custom made pieces of jewellery.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange
If you would like exchange an item for a different size or piece of jewellery, we can exchange for free or give you a coupon credit equivalent to the amount of your original order that you can use to place a new order. You just have to return the product.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on any custom made Jewellery, due to the time and effort that has gone in to one piece for a client.
Cancellation
Please send us an email at Blossomjewellery20@gmail.com We will be able to cancel your order, only if it hasn't been processed/shipped at moment the email is being handled.
If you cancel your order after it has been processed/shipped, then please follow our return policy.
