Whether you choose to book the class solo or alongside a loved one, you’ll have the opportunity to create a unique and meaningful piece of jewellery that represents you or your loved ones connection together. This ring-making experience allows you to design a ring that you can cherish for a lifetime.
What to Expect
- Introduction to Jewellery Making: You and your partner will start with a brief introduction to the art of jewellery making. This includes understanding the tools and materials you'll be using, as well as learning about the different techniques involved in crafting rings.
- Design Consultation: Work together with a professional jeweller to design your Sterling silver band rings (up to 10mm wide). You can choose from a variety of styles, ensuring that the rings reflect your personal tastes and the uniqueness of your relationship. In this section, we will explore various textures you may want to incorporate into your band. For instance, you can opt for hammered textures, imprinted rolling mill textures, or even use a Dremel hand tool to create unique designs. There will be templates for you to choose a shape of band which you will then piece saw out.
- Crafting Your Rings: Under the guidance of expert jewellers, you will have the opportunity to shape, solder, and polish the metal into beautiful rings. You'll learn how to use the tools and techniques to create a piece that is both beautiful and personal.
- Customization Options: Add a special touch by hand stamping a meaningful date, initials, or a short message inside the band. This small detail makes your already special ring even more personal. A gemstone can be added depending on your design. *Additional charge.
- Final Touches: Once your rings are crafted, they will receive a final polish and finish, ensuring they sparkle and shine, ready to be worn.
- Celebratory Moment: Conclude the experience by admiring your handcrafted rings with each other, capturing the moment with photos or a toast to your creativity and partnership.

The event will last for four hours; however, if stone setting is included, the duration may extend. A break will be provided complimentary tea and coffee will be served. The fee for this experience is £250 per couple. (£125 each)
Stone setting incurs an additional fee of £20 for a 3mm cabochon bezel setting, as it requires extra time, materials, and a gemstone. Should you desire a larger stone, additional charges will apply.
