The easiest way to measure your finger at home is to follow these 3 steps

Okay, so 14k gold filled basically means the jewellery has a thick layer of real 14k gold that's bonded to another metal to make it strong and long-lasting.

Unlike gold plating, which has a very thin layer of gold that can easily wear off, gold filled has a significantly thicker gold layer that lasts much longer, sometimes for decades with proper care.
